Our Estate accommodates up to 50 individuals and for overnight stays up to 8 people.
We book events up to 12 months in advance.
We do allow outside unopened alcoholic beverages on the premises; however, the lessee is responsible for bringing those onsite. No other alcohol may be brought by guests.

In order to reserve your a date we do require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.
All invoices and balances must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event date.
A payment schedule is set up to pay the balance.

No, The Estate does not book multiple events in one day.
You are able to hire all of your own vendors. We do require the Caterers and DJs to have liability insurance and the bartenders must have insurance in addition to a bartending license.
We will require them to add us as a Certificate Holder for the day of the event.
We are able to provide you with a list of our preferred vendors as well.
