Enjoy exclusive access to both our terrace level and basement level for an hourly rate of $250.00. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering, a corporate function, or a special celebration, our versatile spaces offer endless possibilities for your event needs.

From stylish cocktail receptions on the terrace to immersive experiences in the basement, let us help you create unforgettable moments in style. 

To secure your desired date at our venue, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the grand total along with a signed contract for all hourly events. Please be aware that all payments must be completed punctually to avoid incurring additional fees, and kindly note that all payments made are non-refundable.

Additionally, a $300.00 refundable damage deposit will be included in your final bill. This deposit will be refunded within 5-7 business days following your reservation, provided the space is returned in its original condition with no damages incurred.
